Rize (Yunani: Ρίζα Riza,[1] bahasa Georgia: რიზე, Laz: Rizini, bahasa Armenia: Ռիզե) adalah ibu kota Provinsi Rize di Turki timur laut, di pantai Laut Hitam. Rize adalah kota yang tenang. Namun, perbatasan dengan Georgia dibuka sejak awal tahun 1990-an, dan jalan pantai Laut Hitam meluas dan Rize menjadi lebih kaya; lebih banyak mobil di jalan-jalan, bangunan yang tinggi, dan beberapa tempat untuk anak muda telah dibuka. Pengunjung juga meningkatkan ekonomi kota ini.
