Sampar sapi atau pes sapi (bahasa Inggris: rinderpest atau cattle plague) adalah sebuah penyakit viral menular dari sapi, kerbau domestik, dan beberapa spesies lainnya.[1] Setelah kampanye pemberantasan global sejak pertengahan abad ke-20, kasus terkonfirmasi terakhir dari rinderpest didiagnosis pada 2001.[2]
