Sardis atau Sardes (bahasa Lidia: Sfard; bahasa Yunani: Σάρδεις, Sardeis; bahasa Persia: سارد, Sārd) adalah kota kuno di tempat yang kini mejadi Sart modern (Sartmahmut sebelum 19 Oktober 2005) di Provinsi Manisa di Turki. Sepanjang sejarahnya, Sardis merupakan kota yang penting. Kota ini adalah ibu kota kuno kerajaan Lidia, kota penting di Kekaisaran Persia, kota tempat prokonsul di Kekaisaran Romawi, dan kota besar di provinsi Lidia di Kekaisaran Bizantium. Sebagai salah satu dari Tujuh gereja di Asia, kota ini disebut dalam Kitab Wahyu. Kota ini menjadi penting antara lain karena kekuatan militernya, letaknya yang terletak di jalur menuju pesisir Aegea, dan karena memiliki tanah subur di Hermus.
