Seth Byron Worley (lahir 26 April 1984) adalah seorang sutradara film, penulis, dan pengusaha asal Amerika Serikat yang telah membuat film pendek, iklan, video penjelasan, serta menyutradarai film Sketch. Sejak 2012, ia bekerja sebagai pembuat konten senior di Red Giant, dengan menghasilkan film pendek dan tutorial untuk memasarkan perangkat lunak perusahaan tersebut yang berfokus pada efek visual dan desain gerak. Ia juga turut mendirikan perusahaan Plot Devices pada 2017, yang memproduksi berbagai perlengkapan untuk pembuatan film.[1][2]

Pada 2001, bersama Karla Worley, Steven V. Taylor, Peter Kipley, dan Michael W. Smith, ia memenangkan Dove Award untuk kategori Youth/Children's Musical of the Year melalui karya berjudul Friends 4ever.[3]
