Shō Sei (尚清, 1497–1555) adalah raja dari Kerajaan Ryukyu dari tahun 1526 hingga tahun 1555.[2] Ia adalah putra kelima dari Raja Shō Shin, yang ia gantikan.
Shō Sei menekan pemberontakan di Amami Ōshima pada tahun 1537 dan mengambil langkah-langkah untuk meningkatkan pertahanan terhadap wakō pada tahun yang sama.
Shō Sei meninggal pada tahun 1555 dan digantikan oleh putra keduanya Shō Gen.
