Simfisis adalah fusi fibrokartilago antara dua tulang. Simfisis adalah salah satu jenis persendian tulang rawan, terkhususnya persendian tulang rawan sekunder.
- Simfisis adalah sebuah amfiartrosis, yaitu persendian yang dapat sedikit digerakkan
- Sebuah pertumbuhan bersama beberapa bagian atau struktur.
Tidak seperti sinkondrosis, simfisis bersifat permanen.[1]
