Sitatunga atau marshbuck (Tragelaphus spekii) adalah seekor antelop yang mendiami rawa yang ditemukan di seluruh Afrika tengah, berpusat pada Republik Demokratik Kongo, Kamerun, sebagian Sudan Selatan, Ghana, Botswana, Zambia, Gabon, Tanzania, Uganda dan Kenya. Spesies tersebut pertama kali dideskripsikan oleg penjelajah Inggris John Hanning Speke pada 1863. Sitatunga merupakan seekor antelop berukuran menengah. Jantannya memiliki panjang sekitar 81–116 cm (32–46 in), sementara betinanya 72–90 cm (28–35 in). Jantannya biasanya memiliki berat seukuran 76–119 kg (168–262 pon), sementara betinanya memiliki berat seukuran 24–57 kg (53–126 pon).
