Sliven merupakan sebuah kota di Bulgaria. Kota ini letaknya di bagian tengah. Merupakan pusat administrasi Provinsi Sliven. Kota ini merupakan kota terbesar kedelapan di negara itu. Penduduknya berjumlah 106.434 jiwa (2006).
