Sony α5000 [1] adalah kamera mirrorless bergaya rangefinder yang dirilis oleh Sony pada 7 Januari 2014. Karena menyertakan Komunikasi medan dekat dan Wi-Fi, Sony menyebutnya sebagai "kamera konsumen teringan di dunia" dengan Wi-Fi. [2] Kamera ini sudah digantikan oleh Sony α5100 .
Sistem E-Mount
Sony α5000 menggunakan dudukan lensa Sony E-Mount untuk menggunakan lensa bermerek Sony dan lensa pihak ketiga pada kamera ini, seperti banyak kamera Sony ILCE
