Stralsund (ˈʃtʁaːlzʊnt) adalah sebuah kota otonom atau kotamadya (Kreisfreie Stadt) di Mecklenburg-Vorpommern, Jerman. Pusat kota ini semenjak tahun 2002 terdaftar pada Warisan Dunia UNESCO. Stralsund berada di pesisir selatan Strelasund (selat di Laut Baltik yang memisahkan Pulau Rügen dari Jerman Daratan). 2 jembatan (Rügendamm dan satu jembatan baru yang dibangun sejak bulan Oktober 2007) dan beberapa layanan feri menghubungkan Stralsund dengan pelabuhan Rügen.

Industri utama di Stralsund adalah galangan kapal, perikanan, dan akhir-akhir ini pariwisata.
