Edward Tevis Wheeler (lahir 31 Agustus 1962) adalah seorang politikus Partai Demokrat Amerika Serikat yang menjadi Wali kota Portland, Oregon, sejak 2017. Ia menjadi Bendahara Negara Bagian Oregon dari 2010 sampai 2016.
Wheeler terpilih dalam pemilu wali kota Portland 2016 dan maju untuk pemilihan ulang pada 2020. Ia disebut sebagai Demokrat moderat.[1]
