Thomas Robert Laughlin Jr. (10 Agustus 1931 – 12 Desember 2013) adalah seorang pemeran, sutradara, penulis naskah, penulis, pengajar dan aktivis Amerika Serikat. Laughlin dikenal karena berperan dalam seri film Billy Jack. Ia menikahi aktris Delores Taylor dari 1954 sampai kematiannya.
