Undine /ˈʌnˌdiːn, ˌʌnˈdiːn/ (atau ondine) adalah sebuah kategori hal elemental yang dikaitkan dengan air, yang mula-mula disebutkan dalam tulisan-tulisan alkemi Paracelsus. Makhluk serupa ditemukan dalam sastra klasik, terutama, Metamorphoses karya Ovid. Para penulis pada masa berikutnya mengembangkan undine menjadi nimfa air atas kehendaknya sendiri, dan masih ada dalam sastra dan seni modern melalui adaptasi seperti "Putri Duyung" karya Hans Christian Andersen.
