Vera&John adalah kasino online yang berpusat di Malta. Vera&John dioperasikan oleh Dumarca Gaming Ltd, yang perusahaan induknya, Dumarca Holdings PLC, diakuisisi oleh Intertain Group Ltd pada tahun 2015.[1] Intertain Group Ltd terdaftar dalam Bursa Efek Toronto. Vera&John berlisensi dan diatur oleh Malta Gaming Authority dan UK Gambling Commission.[2][3] Vera&John didirikan oleh Jörgen Nordlund, yang sebelumnya dikenal sebagai pendiri Maria Bingo, yang diakuisisi oleh Unibet sebesar GBP 54 juta pada tahun 2007.[4]
