Vlasta Chramostová (17 November 1926 – 6 Oktober 2019)[1] adalah seorang pemeran film Ceko.[2] Ia tampil dalam 35 film sejak 1950. Ia tampil dalam film tahun 1950 The Trap yang masuk Festival Film Cannes 1951.[3]

Sebagai penandatangan Piagam 77, ia aktif dalam Revolusi Beludru, di mana Republik Sosialis Cekoslowakia digulingkan pada November 1989. Dalam pawai di Teater Vinohrady di Praha, ia berkata kepada kerumunan: "Jika bukan sekarang, kapan lagi? Jika bukan kita, siapa lagi?"[4]
