Walter Rodney (23 Maret 1942 – 13 Juni 1980) adalah figur politik dan sejarah Guyana penting.
Ia lahir dalam keluarga buruh. Ia bersekolah di Kolese Queen di Guyana dan lalu masuk ke Universitas Hindia Barat di Jamaika, lulus tahun 1963.
