Warren Carter adalah pakar spesialis Injil Matius, serta Perjanjian Baru Yunani secara umum. Lahir di Selandia Baru dan sekarang menetap di Fort Worth, Texas; pendidikan Carter terdiri dari Ph.D. (Perjanjian Baru), dari Princeton Theological Seminary; B.D., Th.M., dari Melbourne College of Divinity, Australia; serta a B.A. Hons, dari Victoria University of Wellington, Selandia Baru.[1]
