Winterthur
Winterthur (bahasa Prancis: Winterthour) adalah sebuah kota di Kanton Zürich, Swiss. Dalam bahasa percakapan setempat, kota ini sering disebut Winti.
Kota ini terletak di bagian timur Sungai Töss. Zürich terletak di barat laut Winterthur. Pada masa Kekaisaran Romawi, kota ini dikenal sebagai Vitudurum/Vitodurum.
Adipati Kyburg mendirikan kota ini pada tahun 1175. Piagam pendirian kota ini juga memberikan hak kota secara lanjut. Pada tahun 1264, keluarga Habsburg mewarisi kota ini. Mereka menjualnya kepada Zurich pada tahun 1467.
