Zadar ialah sebuah kota di pesisir Laut Adriatik, Kroasia, dan berpenduduk 81.688 jiwa (2006). Kota ini merupakan ibu kota Kabupaten Zadar dan kawasan Dalmatia di utara yang lebih luas. Daerah ini menjadi bagian dari Republik Venesia antara tahun 1409-1797.
