Zalando SE adalah perusahaan E-commerce multi nasional Jerman yang berbasis di Berlin, Jerman. Perusahaan mengikuti pendekatan platform, menawarkan produk fashion dan gaya hidup kepada pelanggan di 23 pasar Eropa. Zalando didirikan di Jerman pada tahun 2008.

Pada bulan Desember 2020, co-CEO Rubin Ritter mengumumkan bahwa dia akan mengundurkan diri tahun depan, dua tahun sebelum kontraknya berakhir, untuk mengizinkan istrinya mengejar ambisi profesionalnya.[5]

Pada bulan Juni 2021, perusahaan mengumumkan bahwa mereka akan memberi semua 14.500 pekerjanya tambahan 5 hari libur kerja pada bulan Agustus, sebagai pengakuan atas pekerjaan mereka selama pandemi Coronavirus.[6]
