Funkcija
Hlorni kanali su raznolika grupa proteina koji regulišu fundamentalne ćelijske procese, uključujući stabilizaciju potencijala ćelijske membrane, transepitelni transport, održavanje unutarćelijskog pH i regulaciju volumena ćelije. Protein klornog unutarćelijskog kanala 4 (CLIC4), kodiran genom CLIC4, član je porodice p64; gen je eksprimiran u mnogim tkivima i pokazuje unutarćelijski vezikulski obrazac u PANC-1 ćelijama (ćelije raka gušterače ).[ 5]
Vezujući partneri
CLIC4 se vezuje za dinamin I, α-tubulin , β-aktin , kreatin-kinazu i dvije 14-3-3 izoforme .[ 7]
