Ang Palapag usa ka ika-upat nga klase nga munisipalidad o lungsod sa lalawigan sa Northern Samar sa Sidlakang Kabisay-an sa Pilipinas. Sumala sa 2000 census, ang Palapag may 30,520 ka tawo sa 5,852 na bubong.

Kasaysayan

Sa Palapag ang puy-anan ni Agustin Sumuroy (gitawag usab nga Juan Ponce Sumuroy), usa ka Waray na nagsugod og rebelyon batok sa mga Katsila gikan 1649 hangtod sa 1650. Ang rason sa Rebelyon ni Sumuroy maoy ang mapinugsanong pagpatrabaho (forcible conscription) sa mga taga-Sidlakang Kabisay-an didto sa mga himoan og sakayan (shipyards) sa Cavite.
