Andre R. Meadows (* 25. Oktober 1978 in North Carolina)[1] ist ein US-amerikanischer Schauspieler, Synchronsprecher, Drehbuchautor und Webvideoproduzent.
Leben
Meadows wurde am 25. Oktober 1978 im US-Bundesstaat North Carolina geboren.[1] 2003 gab er im Film Hanging sein Spielfilmdebüt. Ab Mitte der 2000er konnte er sich als Film- und Fernsehschauspieler etablieren. 2011 spielte er in 18 und immer (noch) Jungfrau erstmals in einer Filmproduktion des Filmstudios The Asylum mit. Im Folgejahr war er als einer der Hauptdarsteller des Doug in der Komödie Celebrity Sex Tape zu sehen.[2] Der Film wurde ebenfalls von The Asylum produziert. Danach erhielt er überwiegend Episodenrollen in verschiedenen Fernsehserien. 2014 stellte er sich in Angry Video Game Nerd: The Movie selbst dar. Zwei Jahre später hatte er eine Nebenrolle im Tierhorrorfernsehfilm Sharknado 4 inne. Von 2017 bis 2018 spielte er in der Fernsehserie Power Rangers HyperForce eine wiederkehrende Rolle.
Er ist daneben auch als Synchronsprecher tätig und lieh seine Stimme vor allem in Zeichentrickserien an verschiedene Charaktere. Seit 2009 verfasst er für verschiedene Serien oder Sendungen Drehbücher.
Am 10. Juli 2007 gründete er den YouTube-Kanal Black Nerd Comedy, der sich überwiegend dem Genre Comedy widmet.[3] Stand Juni 2026 hat der Kanal fast 850.000 Abonnenten und die über 1800 Videos gemeinsam fast 200 Millionen Aufrufe.
