Geographie

Baraize liegt etwa 40 Kilometer südsüdwestlich von Châteauroux. Die Creuse bildet die östliche Gemeindegrenze. Nachbargemeinden von Baraize sind Ceaulmont im Westen und Norden, Gargilesse-Dampierre im Nordosten, Cuzion im Osten, Éguzon-Chantôme im Süden sowie Bazaiges im Westen.
