Detek ist eine ungarische Gemeinde im Kreis Encs im Komitat Borsod-Abaúj-Zemplén.

Geografische Lage

Detek liegt in Nordungarn, 31 Kilometer nordöstlich des Komitatssitzes Miskolc, 7 Kilometer westlich der Kreisstadt Encs, an dem Fluss Vasonca. Nachbargemeinden sind Beret, Forró, Rásonysápberencs und Selyeb.

Geschichte

Im Jahr 1913 gab es in der damaligen Kleingemeinde 100 Häuser und 645 Einwohner auf einer Fläche von 1747 Katastraljochen.[2] Sie gehörte zu dieser Zeit zum Bezirk Szikszó im Komitat Abaúj-Torna.

Verkehr

Durch Detek verläuft die Landstraße Nr. 2624. Es bestehen Busverbindungen nach Baktakék, Encs sowie wie über Halmaj und Szikszó nach Miskolc. Die nächstgelegenen Bahnhöfe befinden sich in Halmaj und Forró-Encs.
