Edward Thomas Bullmore (* 27. September 1960) ist ein britischer Neurowissenschaftler.

Seit 1999 war er Professor für Psychiatrie an der University of Cambridge. Von 2014 bis 2021 leitete er dort das Department of Psychiatry. Ab 2005 war er zusätzlich Vice-President of Experimental Medicine bei GlaxoSmithKline. Zum 1. Juni 2025 wechselte er nach London, wo er Regius Professor of Psychiatry wurde.

Bullmore studierte Medizin am Christ Church College an der University of Oxford, welches er mit dem Bachelor of Arts-Abschluss beendete. Anschließend studierte er am St Bartholomew’s Hospital in London. 1997 wurde er am King’s College London zum PhD promoviert.

Eines seiner Forschungsgebiete sind Gehirn-Netzwerke.

Seine Schwester ist die Schauspielerin Amelia Bullmore (* 1964).
