Edith F. Kaplan (* 16. Februar 1924 in Brooklyn (New York City); † 3. September 2009 in Lexington (Massachusetts)) war eine US-amerikanische Psychologin.

Ihr Forschungsgebiet war die Klinische Neuropsychologie. Kaplan war Mitentwicklerin des Boston Naming Test sowie des Boston Diagnostic Aphasia Examination (Goodglass und Kaplan 1972).

Sie arbeitete am Boston VA Hospital und war Professorin an der Boston University School of Medicine. Sie war auch Professorin für Psychologie an der Suffolk University und der Clark University.

Kaplan studierte am Brooklyn College und wurde an der Clark University in Worcester promoviert.

Sie arbeitete mit Heinz Werner, Norman Geschwind und Harold Goodglass zusammen.
