Gangca (auch Kangtsha; tibetisch རྐང་ཚ་རྫོང, Umschrift nach Wylie rkang tsha rdzong; chinesisch 刚察县, Pinyin Gāngchá Xiàn) ist ein Kreis des Autonomen Bezirks Haibei der Tibeter im Nordosten der chinesischen Provinz Qinghai. Er hat eine Fläche von 9.706 km² und zählt 40.720 Einwohner (Stand: Zensus 2020).[1] Sein Hauptort ist die Großgemeinde Shaliuhe (沙柳河镇).
