Leben
Wayans wurde am 26. Dezember 1988 in Los Angeles im US-Bundesstaat Kalifornien als Sohn von Diedra Wayans geboren.[1] Seine Onkel sind die Schauspieler und Filmschaffenden Keenen Ivory, Damon, Shawn und Marlon Wayans, seine Tante ist die Schauspielerin Kim Wayans. Craig Wayans ist sein älterer Bruder, der ebenfalls als Schauspieler, Drehbuchautor und Regisseur tätig ist. Seine Cousins sind die Schauspieler Damien Dante und Damon Wayans, Jr., eine Cousine von ihm ist die Schauspielerin Chaunté Wayans.[2] Er selbst ist Vater einer Tochter.[3]
Karriere
Erste Schritte als Filmschauspieler machte Wayans 2009 in der Filmproduktion Dance Flick – Der allerletzte Tanzfilm. 2012 spielte er im Film We the Party mit. 2013 hatte er wiederkehrende Rollen in den Fernsehserien Zane’s the Jump Off und My Crazy Roommate. 2014 spielte er in der Komödie Ghost Movie 2 mit. 2016 hatte er eine Rolle in der Komödie Fifty Shades of Black inne. Von 2017 bis 2018 wirkte er in verschiedenen Rollen in der Fernsehserie Marlon mit. 2026 gehörte er mit der Rolle des Brad Meeks zu den Hauptdarstellern des Films Scary Movie 6.[4]
