Lage Hailars in Hulun Buir

Der Stadtbezirk Hailar (chinesisch 海拉尔区, Pinyin Hǎilā’ěr Qū; mongolisch ᠬᠠᠶᠢᠯᠠᠷ ᠲᠣᠭᠣᠷᠢᠭ Qayilar toɣoriɣ), ehemals kreisfreie Stadt Hailar, ist das politische und ökonomische Zentrum der bezirksfreien Stadt Hulun Buir im Autonomen Gebiet Innere Mongolei der Volksrepublik China. Hailar hat eine Fläche von 1.440 km² und ca. 260.000 Einwohner (Ende 2004).

Administrative Gliederung

Auf Gemeindeebene setzt sich Hailar aus sechs Straßenvierteln und zwei Großgemeinden zusammen. Diese sind:

  • Straßenviertel Hulun (呼伦街道);
  • Straßenviertel Jiankang (健康街道);
  • Straßenviertel Jianshe (建设街道);
  • Straßenviertel Kaoshan (靠山街道);
  • Straßenviertel Shengli (胜利街道);
  • Straßenviertel Zhengyang (正阳街道);
  • Großgemeinde Fendou (奋斗镇);
  • Großgemeinde Hag (哈克镇).
