Das im April 2011 gegründete Unternehmen hat seinen Hauptsitz in Tallinn und ist seit 2021 an der Nasdaq Tallinn gelistet. Hepsor entwickelt energieeffiziente Wohn- und Gewerbeimmobilien in Estland, betreibt jedoch auch eine aktive Expansion im restlichen Baltikum, sowie eine Tochtergesellschaft in Kanada.[2]

Geschichte

Hepsor wurde im April 2011 durch die estnischen Unternehmer Andres Pärloja und Kristjan Mitt in Tallinn gegründet.[3] Sie entwickelten erste Wohnprojekte ab 2012, mit Fokus auf Energieeffizienz und smarte Wohnkonzeptionen.[4]

2017 erfolgte der Markteintritt in Lettland mit der Gründung einer Tochtergesellschaft in Riga.[5]

Der Börsengang konnte im November 2021 an der Nasdaq Tallinn erfolgreich gestaltet werden.[6]

2023 begann die Internationale Expansion außerhalb der baltischen Staaten mit Gründung einer Tochtergesellschaft in Kanada.[2]
