Hydroxylamine sind eine Gruppe chemischer Verbindungen, die sich von Hydroxylamin durch Ersatz der Wasserstoff-Atome durch organische Reste ableiten. Sie gehören somit wie die Hydroxamsäuren oder die Oxime zu den Derivaten von Hydroxylamin.[1]
Darstellung
N-Alkylhydroxylamine entstehen bei der Reaktion von primären Aminen mit Persäuren, werden jedoch meist zu Nitroalkanen weiteroxidiert.[2.1]
N,N-Dialkylhydroxylamine lassen sich durch eine Cope-Eliminierung aus tertiären Aminen herstellen.[2.2]
Aromatische Hydroxylamine wie beispielsweise N-Phenylhydroxylamin erhält man bei der Reduktion von Nitroaromaten.[2.2][3]
Verwendung
Hydroxylamine können als Reduktionsmittel verwendet werden und kommen bei Aminierungsreaktionen zum Einsatz. Sie sind Ausgangsmaterialien für die Synthese von Indolen, Derivate von Isoxazol und Oximen. Wie die Stammverbindung Hydroxylamin haben Hydroxylamine eine mutagene Wirkung.[1]
