IC 860 ist eine Spiralgalaxie mit aktivem Galaxienkern vom Hubble-Typ Sa im Sternbild Coma Berenices am Nordsternhimmel. Sie ist schätzungsweise 150 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 35.000 Lichtjahren.

Im selben Himmelsareal befinden sich u. a. die Galaxien NGC 5016 und IC 4215.

Das Objekt wurde am 16. Juni 1892 vom französischen Astronomen Stéphane Javelle entdeckt.[3]
