Invermoriston (schottisch-gälisch Inbhir Mhoireastain) ist ein kleines Dorf am Nordufer des Loch Ness 10 km nordöstlich von Fort Augustus im Highland von Schottland.

Invermoriston liegt an der Mündung des River Moriston in den Loch Ness und an der entlang des Loch Ness führenden A82 von Glasgow über Fort Augustus nach Inverness, wo die A887 entlang des River Moriston nach Kyle of Lochalsh abzweigt.

Neben der heutigen Straßenbrücke aus dem Jahre 1933 und knapp unterhalb des dortigen Wasserfalls steht noch die von Thomas Telford entworfene und 1819 dem Verkehr übergebene ehemalige Straßenbrücke, eine steinerne Bogenbrücke mit zwei Bögen, deren mittlerer Pfeiler sich auf einer Felsnase im Fluss abstützt. Telford hatte die beiden Straßen und die Brücke Anfang des 19. Jahrhunderts im Zuge des großen Bauprogrammes für die Highlands anlegen lassen.[1][2]
