Die Islotes Cefiro (von spanisch Cefiro ‚Zephyr‘) sind eine Gruppe kleiner Inseln vor der Westküste der Antarktischen Halbinsel. Sie liegen unmittelbar südöstlich von Zukriegel Island im Archipel der Biscoe-Inseln.
Argentinische Wissenschaftler benannten sie nach Zephyr, einer Windgottheit aus der griechischen Mythologie.
