Julius Honorius, auch Julius Orator genannt, war ein spätantiker Rhetor und Geograph des 4. bis 6. Jahrhunderts. Er ist Namensgeber einer Kosmographie, die auf seinen Vorlesungsnotizen basiert (siehe Kosmographie des Julius Honorius). Diese wurden, entgegen seiner Absicht, von einem Schüler zu einem zusammenhängenden Werk kompiliert und veröffentlicht. Die Kosmographie gliedert die Welt nach den vier Ozeanen und verzeichnet Meere, Inseln, Gebirge, Städte, Flüsse sowie Ethnonyme. Trotz seiner offenkundigen Mängel wurde der Text in der Spätantike und im frühen Mittelalter intensiv rezipiert, häufig abgeschrieben und als geographische Quelle reichlich genutzt.
