Kalne (hebräisch כַּלְנֵה kalneh) oder Kalno (hebräisch כַּלְנוֹ kalnô) war eine in der Bibel genannte Stadt im Assyrischen Reich. Sie wird von Jes 10,9 ELB im Rahmen der Prophezeiungen gegen Assur erwähnt: „Ist Kalne nicht wie Karkemisch, Hamath nicht wie Arpad, Samaria nicht wie Damaskus?“ Auch Amos (6,2 ELB) erwähnt die Zerstörung von Kalne: „Geht hinüber nach Kalne und seht! Und geht von dort aus nach Hamath, der Großen, und steigt hinab nach Gat der Philister! Sind sie besser als diese Königreiche, oder ist ihr Gebiet größer als euer Gebiet?“ Die Datierung dieser Bibelstelle diskutiert Pfeiffer;[1] sie könnte nachträglich eingefügt worden sein.

Kalne lässt sich mit der neo-hethitischen Stadt Kullani identifizieren und diese wiederum war sehr wahrscheinlich Kinalua, die Hauptstadt des Königreichs von Unqi. Das antike Kullani befand sich am heutigen Tell Ta‘yīnāt in der Nähe des heutigen Antakya.

In der Bibel wird auch ein Kalne in Schinar (1 Mos 10,10 ELB) erwähnt, Albright deutet dieses aber als eine Fehllesung von hebräisch כֻּלָּנָה kullānāh ‚sie alle‘. Andere Forscher haben dagegen versucht, dieses Kalne als eine noch unbekannte mesopotamische Stadt zu identifizieren. Es gibt jedoch bisher keine überzeugende Theorie zu deren Identifizierung.
