LEMO SA ist ein Schweizer Unternehmen der Elektronikbranche mit Sitz in Ecublens.[1]

Das Unternehmen wurde 1946 in Morges vom Ingenieur Léon Mouttet gegründet; der Name setzt sich aus den Anfangsbuchstaben seines Vor- und Familiennamens zusammen. 2016 erwirtschaftete das Unternehmen 270 Millionen Franken Umsatz.[1]

2014 kaufte das Unternehmen das US-amerikanische Unternehmen Northwire Inc.[2] Im Jahr 2020 gewann LEMO einen Technology and Engineering Emmy in der Kategorie Standardization and Commercialization of Television – Broadcast, Hybrid Electrical and Fiber-Optic Camera Cable and Connectors.[3]

Komponenten von Lemo wurden in russischen Waffen gefunden, welche Russland im Russisch-Ukrainischen Krieg einsetzt. Auf Nachfragen, wie die Komponenten nach Russland kommen konnten, antwortete Lemo nicht.[4]
