Der Kreis Menghai (勐海县, Měnghǎi Xiàn) ist ein Kreis des Autonomen Bezirks Xishuangbanna der Dai im Süden der Provinz Yunnan (Volksrepublik China) an der Grenze zu Myanmar und Laos. Er hat eine Fläche von 5.370 km² und zählt 353.720 Einwohner (Stand: Zensus 2020).[1] Sein Hauptort ist die Großgemeinde Xiangshan (象山镇).

Administrative Gliederung

Auf Gemeindeebene setzt sich der Kreis aus sechs Großgemeinden und fünf Gemeinden (davon drei Nationalitätengemeinden) zusammen. Diese sind:
