Der Name ist im deutschsprachigen Raum selten anzutreffen. In der Schweiz tragen 39 Personen diesen Namen (Stand 2023).[2] Auch in Österreich wird der Name sehr selten vergeben.[3] In Slowenien war Mojca von 2000 bis 2010 in den Top-100. Die beste Platzierung erzielte der Vorname im Jahr 2002 mit Rang 45.[4] Von 1992 bis 2022 wurde er etwa 960 Mal vergeben.[2]
