Geographie

Monestrol liegt am Flüsschen Thésauque, etwa 35 Kilometer südlich von Toulouse in der Landschaft Lauragais. Umgeben wird Monestrol von den Nachbargemeinden Montgeard im Westen und Norden, Lagarde im Osten, Caignac im Südosten sowie Gibel im Süden.
