Die Myiotrixini sind eine Tribus in der Raupenfliegen-Unterfamilie Tachininae.

Taxonomie

Die Myiotrixini sind eine von etwa 24 Tribus innerhalb der Tachininae.[1] Die Gattungen werden aufgrund molekularbiologischer Ergebnisse und morphologischer Eigenschaften gruppiert.

Gemäß O’Hara et al. (2020) werden 2 Gattungen mit jeweils einer Art der Tribus Myiophasiini zugeordnet.[1]

Verbreitung

Die Myiotrixini kommen in Australien vor.[1]

Lebensweise

Die Myiotrixini sind Endoparasitoide. Myiotrixa prosopina parasitiert die Schaben-Art Platyzosteria castanea aus der Familie Blattidae.[2]
