NGC 7146 ist eine Balken-Spiralgalaxie vom Hubble-Typ SBa im Sternbild Pegasus am Nordsternhimmel. Sie ist schätzungsweise 398 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 120.000 Lichtjahren. Vom Sonnensystem aus entfernt sich die Galaxie mit einer errechneten Radialgeschwindigkeit von näherungsweise 8.700 Kilometern pro Sekunde.

Das Objekt wurde am 11. August 1863 von Albert Marth entdeckt.[4]
