NGC 7392 ist eine Balken-Spiralgalaxie mit ausgedehnten Sternentstehungsgebieten vom Hubble-Typ SBab im Sternbild Wassermann auf der Ekliptik. Sie ist schätzungsweise 145 Millionen Lichtjahre von der Milchstraße entfernt und hat einen Durchmesser von etwa 95.000 Lichtjahren.

Im selben Himmelsareal befinden sich u. a. die Galaxien NGC 7381 und IC 5261.

Das Objekt wurde am 11. September 1787 von William Herschel entdeckt.[5]
