Neolioxantho ist eine Gattung der Rundkrabben mit zwei rezenten Arten.[1] Sie besiedeln die tiefe Gezeitenzone und den Schelf in Tiefen zwischen 6 und 27 Metern im westlichen und zentralen Indopazifik.[2]

Merkmale

Der Carapax wird bis zu 7,5 mm lang. Die Regionen sind kaum oder gar nicht abgegrenzt. Der vordere Seitenrand ist mit vier Zähnen bewehrt, von denen die ersten beiden niedrig und abgerundet sind und die hinteren stumpfwinklig sind. Die Scherenbeine sind bei Männchen ungleich groß. Das erste Gonopodium ist länglich und leicht gebogen. Es ist nahe dem Ende an einem Rand mit einer Reihe langer Borsten und am anderen Rand mit einigen kurzen Dornen besetzt.[2]
