Oldrões ist eine Gemeinde (Freguesia) im Norden Portugals.
Oldrões gehört zum Kreis Penafiel im Distrikt Porto, besitzt eine Fläche von 4,1 km² und hat 1954 Einwohner (Stand 19. April 2021).
