Biographie
Paul Moelands veröffentlichte seine ersten Produktionen 2003 mit „Waterfall“ (unter dem Pseudonym Re:Locate) und „Starbust / Profound“ (als Octagen zusammen mit Arizona). Unter beiden Pseudonymen hat er seither eine Vielzahl von Singles veröffentlicht. Im Frühling 2005 wurde die Single „Palma Solane“, eine Kollaboration mit Jonas Steur, von Tiësto ausgewählt für seine Trance-Compilation In Search of Sunrise 4.
Das Debütalbum von Re:Locate erschien 2006 unter dem Namen Rogue. Die gleichnamige Single war eine seiner erfolgreichsten Singles.
Mit Rutger van Bostelen hat Moelands eine mehrjährige Zusammenarbeit als Octagen & M.I.D.O.R. Nachdem sie zusammen mehrere Singles veröffentlichten, erschien 2009 das gemeinsame Album Art of Creation.
Im Jahr 2005 gründete Paul Moelands zusammen mit Menno de Jong das Musiklabel Intuition Recordings.
