Rosehaven ist eine australische Comedy-Fernsehserie, die von 2016 bis 2021 in fünf Staffeln mit 40 Episoden entstand. Die TV-Serie wurde von Celia Pacquola und Luke McGregor entwickelt und geschrieben, die auch die Hauptrollen spielen.
Handlung
Der introvertierte Daniel kehrt nach Tasmanien in seine Heimatstadt zurück, das fiktive „Rosehaven“, um seiner Mutter Barbara bei der Führung der Immobilienfirma zu helfen. Kurz darauf taucht seine Freundin Emma auf, nachdem sie ihre Hochzeit abgesagt hat.[1]

Produktion
Die Serie ist inspiriert von McGregors Eltern, die seit 1986 in Tasmanien im Immobiliengeschäft tätig sind.[2] Die Serie wurde am 12. Oktober 2016 auf ABC1 uraufgeführt. Die Serie endete nach der fünften Staffel am 22. September 2021.
