Serez liegt etwa 20 Kilometer südöstlich von Évreux. Umgeben wird Serez von den Nachbargemeinden Bretagnolles im Norden und Nordwesten, La Boissière im Nordosten, Épieds im Osten, La Couture-Boussey im Südosten, Mousseaux-Neuville im Süden und Südwesten sowie Foucrainville im Westen.
