Titius Proculus († Herbst 48 n. Chr.) war ein römischer Ritter der frühen Kaiserzeit, der zu den vornehmen (illustris) Mitgliedern des Ritterstandes zählte.
Er wird ausschließlich von Tacitus in den Annalen erwähnt und spielte eine besondere Rolle im Skandal um Kaiserin Valeria Messalina und den Senator Gaius Silius. Silius hatte ihn persönlich als Bewacher (custos) von Messalinas ehelicher Treue eingesetzt. Als der Ehebruch aufflog und der kaiserliche Freigelassene Narcissus die Verfolgung einleitete, bot Titius Proculus Zeugnis an.
Tacitus berichtet, dass seine Hinrichtung als erste in der Reihe der betroffenen Ritter angeordnet wurde: zusammen mit Vettius Valens (der gestand), Pompeius Urbicus und Saufeius Trogus als Mitwissern. Die Exekutionen fanden ohne Verteidigung, Verhör oder Aufschub im Prätorianerlager statt, auf direkten Befehl Kaiser Claudius’, der von Narcissus gedrängt wurde.[1]
